I really really love this knife. It feels great in the hand and with the bayonet shape it means business, a fast honing and stropping had it very sharp and the thickness like all Tops knives means it will last forever with a bit of care and occasional oiling. I have the OKC bayonet and love it too but this is far sturdier with a very similar shape and being a FAD Marine it's hard not to love it. Thanks to Tops and Mr. Szabo for another great design! Great design
The bayonet design of this knife is great, it comes very sharp and with a touch up and stropping is scary sharp. and is a very strong blade as well, like all TOPS knives. Being a former Marine I had to have it along with the already owned OKC USMC bayonet which has a sharpened top edge which I like and their alike but the TOPS is much stronger. you can't go wrong with this one. I wish there was a version with no serrations
Tops, the only thing preventing this from being m favorite knife is that you do not have a version that is a straight edge. Partially serrated knives aren't appealing to me because I carry a leatherman along with a combat knife while on deployment. The sawblade on that is longer and more efficient at sawing than the one on this product.
I would love it if you guys sold a version without serrations.
