The popularity of TOPS Fieldcraft knife (aka BOB, aka Brothers of Bushcraft, aka BROS) has prompted multiple versions of the model. However, all of those versions were still made from 1095 high carbon steel, until now...

TOPS is proud to present the Fieldcraft in 154cm stainless steel. 154cm is a high quality steel that makes excellent knives. This version of the knife is available in any one of the handles that we make. It is the same size as the other Fieldcraft models. The Rockwell hardness is 58-60, and because it's stainless, it is a full heat treat and not a differential heat treat. Some of the bushcrafters out there will like this feature because, with a small, simple modification, they can use the spine for striking a ferro rod or for scraping tasks.

The Fieldcraft Knife was designed by The Brothers of Bushcraft, a coalition of men across North America focused on sharing wilderness living skills of all categories. From tracking to building shelters, the Brothers of Bushcraft make it a point to show the skills to all people, of all ages, from all over.

Excellent mod to an already proven knife!
An awesome variant to the famous BOB Fieldcraft knife!!! Already owned the BOB in 1095 with the green and black G10 handles and it's one of my favorite knives. I'm a big fan of 154CM stainless so this was truly the best of both worlds for me personally when they made this version. It comes with the same kydex sheath and magnesium/ferro rod firestarter and whistle as the 1095 BOB. There are a few noticeable differences between the two knives. The hardware is a bit different between the two versions. The screws in the 154CM handle are a countersunk head type, and the metal bushing going through the handle looks as though it may also be made of stainless or maybe it's aluminum (not really sure) compared to the brass bushing in the 1095 version. It also has a slightly thicker spine than the 1095 version which makes the handle slightly thicker overall. The spine of the 1095 is 5/32" with the coating, and this 154CM version is about 3/16" so this version is about 1/32" thicker. Came razor sharp out of the package and it's just a thing of beauty. I really like the way my 154CM knives perform so this was the perfect modification for the BOB! Great job yet again, TOPS... Love this knife and that big "Made in USA" on the right side of the blade!
