- What a Wonderful Tool
- My wife surprised me with my Tracker 3 when I was going to attend Tom Brown's basic course. What a great tool. After the course and dozens of adventures in the woods I stripped the powder coat off, which only improved the performance. People either love or hate it, but I say you have to try one. I have converted so many people to Tops products by having them borrow my knives and really try them. Especially for practicing traps, shelters, and bow drill kits the knife is amazing. The only thing I would change for me is if it was the same size, but thinner. Let me say I understand why it is not. This knife is intended to NEVER FAIL, and to do a good job on a myriad of tasks. This truly is a jack of all trades, master of some. Is it is exactly as it should be. I do recommend partnering it with something more delicate, a small folder, neck knife for more delicate tasks.
