Description
Details
The Mini Eagle was initially created as a backup knife to fit in the handle (parasite-style) of the Steel Eagle 107C XX, so the user would have the capability of both a large knife and a small knife. The combo has been very popular amongst outdoor folks.
Recently, we have had numerous requests for the Mini Eagle as a standalone tool. A sturdy, small blade for field use. The 1/4" thick, 3.0" blade gives the user a variety of capabilities that a smaller, thin blade may not necessarily have. As written in an article by Defense World it is a "...power tool with options".

- A beast of a little blade

Good little knife overall. There are two things I would change. First I would either round the metal that sticks out past the handle or add another half inch of handle so I can get a little more purchase. I don't care to add cordage to the end of a knife no matter how small so the lanyard hole is not a big deal to me.
The second thing is I would buy 2 more! I want this knife with me all the time.
I also think the sheath is designed well I own a mini-pry knife and the sheath seems like an after-thought, this one is much more usable. Thanks for making great knives, I'll be back for more. (Posted on 11/25/2015)
